I recently participated in an event for BOCI - Share (Business Over Coffee International). The host was Carolyn Bendall and the guests were Linn Sitler (Commissioner for the Memphis and Shelby County Film Commission), J. Lazarus Hawk (independent film producer), and myself, Lisa Byrd Thomas (costume designer/vintage seller). The topic of discussion was about how film affects the local economy. It was a fun interview with lots of great stories and plenty of interesting information. My part of the 2 hour program runs about 20 minutes long and begins at 40:00 minutes into the show. Click the video below and enjoy the entire program or fast forward to my part. Also check out this great article on the event (link below) by Cheryl Hurley for BOCI.
