Thrift Shopping: Vintage and New

I have been going through a bit of withdrawal since my favorite Goodwill store is closed for remodeling.  Thankfully, we have a good variety of other thrift stores within an hour drive of my home.  Here are a few of my recent AWESOME finds!!  I can hardly wait to wear them and/or use them for a shoot!!

A 70's Favorite Returns - The Wedge Sandal

One of my favorite pairs of shoes ever was a pair of 70's wooden platform wedge sandals.  I wore them until they fell apart, literally.  Then, I took them and had them repaired and wore them until they were beyond repair.  Here are some fun wedges under $50 I think you will enjoy.

Stylish Shoes

I love looking at all the sky high heels, but when it comes to reality, I won't wear them.  At least, not for long!  And I refuse to spend a lot of money on shoes because they go out of fashion so fast.  My most often worn shoes are my ballet flats and my low heel boots.  Here is my latest boot purchase...Unionbay Moto boots.  Aren't they fun?  I can't wait for colder weather!

I took it as a challenge to find a variety of stylish, but inexpensive low heel shoes to share with my readers who are also "High Heel Challenged."  I checked out the following online stores:  shoes.com, shoebuy.com, and famousfootwear.com.  Here are a few of my favorites for under $50.
